Vendor sourcing- over the years one of our clients shifted their media campaign from print to television, resulting in a tremendous increase in inbound catalog requests which their call center could not handle effectively. We sourced alternative vendors, secured NDAs, and produced an RFP based on future media plans and historical response data. We consolidated vendor response and narrowed down selection, then helped the client interview and hire a replacement agency. We rewrote the inbound call script, assisted with training, set and continue to monitor agreed upon performance metrics. The change has dramatically improved the customer’s experience (shorter ring time, hold time and call length) while reducing the client’s abandoned call rate and cost per call.
Recruitment advertising- selected by a global financial institution to develop a print media campaign using display advertising in highly targeted publications with the objective of recruiting new talent in a competitive market. Strategy yielded excellent candidates, resulted in 12 successful hires, and provided an economical alternative to executive search firms.
Commercial production- we’re the agency of record to a national direct response advertiser who needed to revive a fatiguing spot television campaign. We managed all aspects in the creation of a new short-form and expanded viral spot including script, direction, talent, location, custom music, voice overs, production, and editing. Spot is projected to reduce the cost per lead by 20%.
Gold Program to promote loyalty- we were hired by a leading national book club to develop a booklet of exclusive offers from carefully sourced companies. The value-added offers increased the perceived value of the club membership, which resulted in a 16% increase in sales and a 6% reduction in attrition.
Public Relations- retained by a client to expand awareness of new products by sending press releases to mainstream and industry trade media, journalists and web outlets. We write the news releases, oversee the compilation of target lists and distribution, and act as press contact for follow up. Rather than having to keep a PR firm on retainer the client is able to hire us on an as-needed basis yet still achieve effective results.
